What is the cost per session?
I know therapy is an investment, so my rates vary based on how often you attend sessions. Licensed Associate Counselors are also available at a discounted rate. Contact us for an Initial Phone Consultation to learn more about fees.
Do you take my insurance?
Yes, I accept BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Aetna. If you are out of network, I can provide a Superbill in which you may contact your insurance provider to find out if they will reimburse you for sessions.
What are my options if I have difficulty paying your session fees?
All fees are due at the time of service. However, I don’t want cost to be a barrier for you receiving services.
Some people qualify for sliding scale fees under certain circumstances. If you’d like more information about sliding scale, you can indicate that when you fill out the contact form.
What are your office hours?
All sessions are by appointment only. There is also evening, and weekend availability.
Do you work with children or teens?
Yes, I work with individuals age 5 and up.
I am not a Registered Play Therapist.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer online sessions, and can work with you in that capacity as long as you are residing in the state of Texas.
Do you offer faith-based counseling?
Yes, I am also a Certified Christian Counselor and at your request will include your beliefs in your therapy work.
Do you work with couples?
Yes, I work with couples.
