Kelly Langston, LPC-ASSOCIATE

Supervised by Celeste Osborne, LPC-S

Sometimes in life we can feel stuck, helpless, alone, or have difficulty determining how to move forward from an event that we experienced. Sometimes we feel like it is impossible to feel joy again. It is my goal to help you determine your individual skills and strengths in order to become your best self.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in the state of Texas, supervised by Celeste Osborne, LPC-S. I received my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University (formerly Houston Baptist University) and my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Henderson State University. My experience includes work in a school setting, private practice, and an inpatient setting.

I believe in a multi-faceted and evidenced-based approach to counseling.  I strive to meet people where they are and help them set goals for a path forward. I believe the relationship between counselor and client is key to successful outcomes.  I work with adults, adolescents, couples, groups, and current and former educators. I am passionate about helping others with grief, anxiety management, bettering relationships, adjusting to life changes, and educating others about mental health. Together, we will determine a path forward in order to live the life you want.

“Challenging the meaning of life is the truest expression of the state of being human.”
